Please note that for any returns or exchanges, we kindly request a brief video recording of the unboxing or parcel opening. This video serves as crucial documentation to ensure the condition of the item upon arrival at our facilities. It helps expedite the verification process, allowing us to swiftly proceed with your return or exchange request.

Kisind is a make-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. so we request the customer to place an order only after double checking with their preferable size of the garment. However, we only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged from our end or there is size issue from our end. if u need exchange it for the same item ,send us an email at kisindinfo@gmail.com

Your satisfaction is our priority, and this step is aimed at ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. We assure you that the footage provided will only be used for verification purposes and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. To exchange your product for any reason, you can either go to your order history and select the exchange option, or you can email us at kisindinfo@gmail.com You need to do this within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then process your exchange request as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you send back your item within 7 days of requesting an exchange. The item should be in its original condition, with no signs of use or washing, and with the original packaging and tags attached. If we receive any item that does not meet these criteria, we will not accept it and we will send it back to you at your own cost. You will not receive any compensation in this case.
